Distribution of Capital and role of Bank

September 10, 2012

Article from mentions loan of bank to urban and rural. It shows that much of loan concentrate in urban rather than scattered in rural. This article explains correlation between loan in urban and rural and Gross Provincial Product. Result is  bank not to loan to any provincial where is less developed. Bank will loan to  any provincial when it has more developed. That is Bank are not leading of development.

So this phenomena is conversed with myth of economic that distribution concentrated on more growth then it will triclke-down to other rather than distribution on equlity or substantive growth.

Economists including Thailand shuold recognise above issue.
